The idea of Relate began 30 years ago with David Zac and Theodora Niringiye, offering guidance to individuals and couples in their home. This grew into counselling and speaking work, and in 1999, together with friends, they launched Relate Magazine to share life stories for learning.
Since then, Relate has hosted seminars on topics like courtship, marriage, and family. Today, we are a trusted counselling practice dedicated to emotional well-being and fulfilling relationships, driven by the belief that living is loving.
